Rhythm Paradise groove is the first blind accessible Nintendo game? and you can try out the demo.

A bright yellow promotional graphic featuring the title "RHYTHM PARADISE GROOVE" in large, stylized orange and white lettering inside a black cloud shape and a blue star banner. Various colorful cartoon characters and objects surround the central text, including a gray UFO on the upper left, a large gray robot on the right, and a lineup of diverse characters walking along a green strip at the bottom. A PEGI 7 rating logo is visible in the bottom left corner, and a pale moon with a face looks down from the top right.

Rhythm Paradise Groove launches on July 2nd for Nintendo Switch, and both the demo and the game itself are playable on Nintendo Switch 2.

What’s even more impressive, though, is that the game will be fully accessible for total blind players because it includes a screen reader, text to speech functionality, and even scene descriptions. This is the first time when Nintendo includes such accessibility features in a first-party game and the blind community hopes to see this innovation continuing in upcoming releases. I have recorded a 30 second video to show you how the text to speech sounds. That’s the maximum limit mine Nintendo Switch 2 allows me to record. In true Nintendo fashion, they have created an actual character who reads and describes what’s happening on the screen.

Give grooving a go in Rhythm Paradise Groove: Demo Version and play through the first five solo rhythm games, or test your tweezer timing together with friends. When Rhythm Paradise Groovelaunches, players can transfer their progress to the full game and discover even more rhythm games to unlock.

In Rhythm Paradise Groove, you can hop through hoops, catch flying vegetables, swing sledgehammers, and much more. No matter how strange the situation, the rules are always the same: just press buttons in time with the beat. Let the music be your guide and challenge your focus in over 80 new solo rhythm games. There’s also an unlockable mode in the full game called Beatspell – use the magical power of rhythm to cast spells to defeat monsters. Plus, up to four players can share the spotlight in more than 30 co-operative and competitive rhythm games.

Pre-orders for Rhythm Paradise Groove are available on Nintendo eShop and Nintendo Store. I’m really looking forward to trying out the entire game. if Nintendo sends it for review
